style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/dec\/2022\/2481\/oj\">Decyzja Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2022\/2481 z dnia 14 grudnia 2022 r.<\/a><\/span> ustanawiaj\u0105ca <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu\/en\/library\/digital-decade-policy-programme-2030\">Program polityki \u201eDroga ku cyfrowej dekadzie\u201d do 2030 r.<\/a><\/span>.<\/p><p>G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem EDIC jest zapewnienie ram prawnych dla inwestowania w projekty wielokrajowe, kt\u00f3re ze wzgl\u0119du na swoj\u0105 skal\u0119 nie mog\u0105 by\u0107 skutecznie tworzone przez pojedyncze pa\u0144stwa cz\u0142onkowskie.
